SALON BOOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the increasing number of NO SHOWS we are now taking a 50% deposit for appointments taken over the phone that are one hour or longer.
All bookings from the website will now incur a 50% deposit with a credit card to secure your appointment.
Saturday appointments that are an hour or longer including, eyelash extensions will require a 50% deposit.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment we would appreciate it if you could give us at least 24 hours notice otherwise we regret that there will be a 50% charge.
All booking deposits are non refundable.
